## Account Access Issues

### Can't Log In

**Forgot Password:**
1. Click "Forgot Password" on login page
2. Enter your registered email
3. Check email for reset link
4. Create new password

**Account Locked:**
- Multiple failed login attempts trigger temporary lock
- Wait 30 minutes and try again
- Contact support if issue persists

**Email Not Verified:**
- Check spam/junk folder for verification email
- Request new verification email from login page
- Ensure email address is correct

### Account Security

**Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA):**
1. Go to Settings → Security
2. Enable 2FA
3. Scan QR code with authenticator app
4. Enter verification code

**Suspicious Activity:**
- Change password immediately
- Enable 2FA
- Review account activity

### Account Verification

**Verification Requirements:**
- Government-issued ID

**How to Verify:**
1. Settings → Verification
2. Upload required documents

## Account Issues

### Suspended Account

### Account Ban

Permanent bans are issued for:

- Multiple account suspension
- Confirmed fraud
- Abuse of platform

**Appeal Process:**
- One appeal allowed

- Final decision within 7 days

### Delete Account

**Before Deleting:**
- Withdraw remaining balance
- Download account data
- Save important information
- Understand deletion is permanent

4. Account deleted within 48 hours

## Points & Balance

### Missing Points
